"Compost care" at a glance
-Effects fast, rot-free rotting without high temperatures; no turning necessary
-Existing nutrients are protected and a multitude of enzymes, antioxidants and trace elements are built up by EM.
-no burning and gaseous escape of nutrients due to high temperatures
-hygienisation through the milieu-lowering effect of EM
-1 litre is sufficient for 2 m³ of compost; use diluted with water after each larger filling.
Product information "CompostCare
EMIKO CompostCare accelerates the conversion of garden and kitchen waste into valuable fertiliser through EM. Negative micro-organisms are effectively suppressed. At the same time, rotting is promoted without allowing rotting processes.
An EM compost is not converted, because no oxygen is needed for the rotting of the organic material by EM. Hygienisation takes place solely through the milieu-lowering EM effect. There are no high temperatures in the compost where nutrients would burn and be lost in gaseous form. All existing nutrients are thus preserved and supplemented by useful metabolic products of the EM. These include valuable trace elements, vitamins, enzymes and antioxidants.
Useful soil organisms such as earthworms find optimal living conditions in EM compost. Together with the effective microorganisms, they ensure that the organic material is quickly converted into humus-rich, nutrient-rich fertiliser.
EMIKO CompostCare prevents rotting smells and an excessive amount of flies in the summer months.
For an optimal effect of the compost care, the compost should be laid on grown soil to allow earthworms and other soil organisms to penetrate. It should be protected from rain and direct sunlight.
When the material has been composted, smells aromatic and contains only isolated earthworms, it can be used as fertiliser in the garden.
Suitable for organic farming, tested by ABCERT AG.
Application:
after every larger filling (from ¼ m³)
with moist material (vegetable peelings, lawn cuttings, etc.): 500 ml to 10 litres of water per 1 m³.
with dry material (hedge cuttings, leaves, etc.): 500 ml to 20 litres of water per 1 m³ over the compost.
Mix the material after application and press down a little, avoid large air pockets, chop up the material a little beforehand if necessary.
Tip: Further nutrients and EM can be added to the compost by occasionally dusting with EMIKO UrgesteinsMehl. The effect of the compost care is further improved with EM Super Cera C powder, because the living conditions for all microorganisms and living organisms in the soil are positively influenced. Finished EM compost can be mixed with EM Super Cera C granules before incorporation.
